    Lemon Blueberry Breakfast Bars

    Make this no-bake breakfast bar recipe in less than 30 minutes and have breakfast ready to go on busy mornings. These lemon blueberry bars are simple to make and you only need a few ingredients thanks to the flavor of NEW Blueberry Cheerios which are made with real blueberry puree and other natural flavors.

    Lemon Blueberry Cereal Bar Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 5 cups Blueberry Cheerios
    • ½ cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted
    • 4 tablespoon butter
    • ⅔ cup packed brown sugar
    • ⅔ cup honey
    • zest from one lemon

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, combine Blueberry Cheerios and almonds
    2. In a small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, and honey and bring to a boil.
    3. Boil for exactly 2 minutes
    4. Stir the lemon zest into butter mixture
    5. Pour over cereal mixture and gently fold to combine
    6. Press mixture into a greased, 9×9 pan
    7. Allow 20-30 minutes at room temperature for the bars to set before cutting into bars of squares
