With only 5 ingredients, this quick peach cobbler recipe might better be dubbed “pantry cobbler” since you likely have all the ingredients on hand. My mother and aunt would often make this cobbler for a simple dessert, usually in the summer. The great this about this quick peach cobbler is that you can easily switch up the fruit depending on the season and enjoy a variety of easy cobbler flavors from this one recipe.
Make blackberry cobbler in the summer with fresh fruit or a quick peach cobbler in the winter with canned fruit. Since we have blackberry bushes I usually make blackberry cobbler using this recipe.
