Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fruit

Instructions

  • Melt butter in the bottom of an 8x8 or 9x9 square pan.
  • Mix flour, sugar, milk together in a medium bowl.
  • Pour over butter. Do not stir! 
  • Pour fruit on top and bake at 400 degrees until browned on top, about 30 minutes.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream on top for a real treat
