Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless Beef Eye of Round Steak
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the Instant pot (If freezing, place all ingredients except the water into a 1-gallon freezer bag. You'll add the water at cooking time.)
  • Cook for 20 minutes, allowing the pressure to release naturally.
  • Serve your Instant Pot Pepper Steak over rice.
