Ingredients
1large head cabbage
1large onion
1large sweet bell pepperI used a mixture of small red and orange peppers
2carrots
2cupssugar
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspooncelery seed
½teaspoonmustard seed
1cupvinegar
Instructions
Finely shred cabbage, onion, sweet pepper, and carrots into a large bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour mixture over cabbage.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
