Blueberry Freezer Jam

Make this blueberry freezer jam recipe with fresh blueberries or frozen blueberries. Just be sure to thaw them first!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups crushed blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon granulated white sugar
  • 1 box pectin

Instructions

  • Add blueberries to a food processor and pulse until they are well mashed.
  • Add lemon juice and pulse until blended
  • Add the sugar and pulse until it is dissolved.
  • Add the pectin and pulse just until it is incorporated.
  • Allow the mixture to sit for 30 minutes, giving it the occasional pulse to mix things around.
  • Pour the finished jam into jars and freeze for up to 12 months.

Be sure to leave a little room in each container to allow for expansion as the jam freezes.
