  • 5 cups Blueberry Cheerios
  • ½ cup sliced almonds lightly toasted
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • cup packed brown sugar
  • cup honey
  • zest from one lemon


  • In a large bowl, combine Blueberry Cheerios and almonds
  • In a small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, and honey and bring to a boil.
  • Boil for exactly 2 minutes
  • Add lemon zest to butter mixture
  • Pour over cereal mixture and gently fold to combine
  • Press mixture into a greased, 9x9 pan
  • Allow 20-30 minutes at room temperature for the bars to set before cutting into bars of squares
