- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese plus extra for cheesy topping (optional)
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons red pesto
Preheat oven to 400F
Combine all ingredients until smooth and well-incorporated.
Fold out the mixture into an oven-proof serving dish and bake 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and browned.
