Instant Pot Shrimp and Rice

- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup rice
- 2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 ½ cups water or broth
- 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 lb Frozen Shrimp raw or cooked, just make sure it's frozen
- 15-20 drops Young Living Lime Vitality Essential Oil
- Fresh or freeze dried cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
Set Instant Pot to "saute" and melt butter
Add rice and cook until brown
Add garlic, salt, and pepper and cook until fragrant
Add water and lime oil, then beans and shrimp
Set Instant Pot to manual and cook for 5 minutes
Release the pressure manually and serve dish topped with cilantro
