Let your slow cooker do the work for you with this easy and delicious Mongolian beef recipe! Tender strips of beef are simmered in a flavorful sauce and ready in 2 hours.

Ingredients

flank steak garlic cloves ginger green onion soy sauce brown sugar cornstarch water vegetable oil sesame oil sesame seeds salt & pepper

Slice and dice the steak.

Coat steak bites in cornstarch and salt and pepper to taste.

Add vegetable oil and steak to the slow cooker.

Add remaining ingredients (minus sesame seeds & green onion) and stir.

Slow cook then stir. Almost done!

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve over rice.
