This Southern coleslaw recipe tastes great with pulled pork or all on its own. Honestly, I ate a bunch of it straight out of the mixing bowl. It’s that good!
Southern Coleslaw Recipe
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt
- 4 drops Young Living Lime Vitality Essential Oil*
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 10 oz package coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion[br]
- *if you aren’t oily like me, you can substitute 1 tsp lime zest.
- In a large bowl, wisk together dressing, yogurt, Lime Vitality Essential Oil, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add coleslaw mix and green onion to bowl and toss to coat.
