Instant Pot in 20 minutes! These pressure cooker spare ribs cook up quickly with just a few simple ingredients.” width=”634″ height=”2276″ />
Serve your Instant Pot spare ribs with crispy brussels sprouts roasted in your air fryer. It’s the one kitchen gadget I use as much as my Instant Pot. It makes frozen french fries taste deep-fried without the trouble (or the extra fat) and make the best sweet potato fries and brussels sprouts you’ve ever tasted!
Ok, onto the Instant Pot pork ribs…
Pressure cooker spare rib ingredients
1 lb pork spare ribs
1 package onion soup mix
1 bottle buffalo sauce (Frank’s or store brand)
1 cup water
Instant Pot Pork Ribs Directions
Make sure cooking rack is in place and add 1 cup water to Instant Pot. Your Instant Pot should have come with a steam rack. If it didn’t or yours is broken or missing, I suggest getting this two piece set so you can use it for eggs too! If neither is an option you can coarsely chop and onion and lay it on the bottom of the pot to lay the ribs on.
Sprinkle both sides of ribs with onion soup mix and place on rack
Top with buffalo sauce reserving 1/4 cup or so for topping
Cook 20 minutes and allow pressure to release naturally
Top with reserved buffalo sauce (if desired) and enjoy!
